Steve Asche is a proven clinical operations leader within both CRO and sponsor environments. He has been at Peachtree for 7 years and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. In this role, Steve is responsible for establishing and implementing clinical and biometrics processes and strategies that ensure efficient collaboration across internal teams and external customers. His leadership has been pivotal in developing client relationships, managing clinical operations timelines and budgets, and enhancing study delivery through strategic planning, vendor management and resource allocation.

Throughout his tenure at Peachtree, Steve has played a crucial role in fostering collaboration across teams, developing global strategies for clinical operations, and ensuring the delivery of reliable clinical operations services. Additionally, his ability to partner with business development to secure new business and his leadership in client governance meetings has been instrumental in the success of Peachtree.  Steve’s extensive background from overseeing project management, clinical site monitoring, site start-up & feasibility, drug supply management, and document management for numerous multi-million dollar clinical trials gives Peachtree clients a unique advantage when it comes to running their trials.

Steve’s career spans several leadership roles in prominent organizations, including Quintiles (now IQVIA), Kendle International (now Syneos Health), and UCB Pharma. He has managed large global clinical trials, developed study management plans, and led quality improvement initiatives. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  His dedication to mentoring and training, combined with his strategic vision, has made him a respected figure in the clinical research industry.
